Why Is My Water Heater Not Heating Up Despite Resetting the Button?

Resetting the button often won’t fix the root cause. Electric units may have a failed heating element, tripped fuse or safety switch, or a faulty thermostat. Gas units may have an unlit pilot, bad ignition, a faulty gas valve, or a thermocouple issue. Sediment buildup can reduce heating. Tankless units can shut down from overloaded fixtures or burner/ignition faults. Our techs check water pressure, perform leak and cycle tests, and advise repair vs replacement with a free quote. We service Tampa and nearby areas.
